@BMcCarthy32 Isn’t he making the league minimum or something like that because of his age and his international amateur status? The average closer’s salary is $5 million.

@gjbrown33 he will definitely leave it. Paying him way too much to just be in that role. If he physically is fine, he easily goes back to starting.

Calling it now. Roki Sasaki ends up being the go-to closer for the rest of the playoffs and never leaves that role for the rest of his career.

A YouTube channel that interviews people wearing offensive t-shirts in public just to dig in and understand why they do it and what they’re hoping to accomplish. I’d be curious enough to check it out.

Just showed my 2nd grader how to use AI to help with his homework. It’s a new world. How do you strike a balance between helping kids use the tools available to them but also teaching them to think for themselves?

In selling lots of lip service is given to "adding value." No matter what you do, adding value is your job. To stand out, look for ways to BE VALUABLE.

One of my happiest childhood memories is my dad jumping up and down on the couch when I was 8 years old and Kirk Gibson hit his home run. 36 years later, my 7-year-old son got to see his dad jump on the couch after a nearly identical home run. Thank you, Freddie!

My most prized possession when I was 6 years old was a Fernando Valenzuela baseball card. The excitement of pulling that card out of a pack is one of my earliest clear memories. Sad he’s gone. Hope the Dodgers win the big one for him.
