We see that many people still don’t understand why we are expanding TikChain and launching additional apps and partnerships. A lot of users complain about ads. But I think everyone noticed that until recently TikChain had very few ads almost none compared to other platforms. Our goal is NOT to flood the app with ads. But projects like this have infrastructure costs, server costs, development costs, KYC costs, security costs and much more. That’s reality. We are working day and night to bring TikCoin to the market with the strongest possible value and ecosystem. And honestly, if someone thinks watching 2 minutes of ads per day is “too much”, then maybe this project simply isn’t for them. From day one, we built Tik with the mindset that Tik belongs to all of us - and that will never change. The reason we are launching more apps, systems and partnerships is very simple: We want to make Tik bigger, stronger and more known worldwide. A coin without users, utility and reach has no real future value. That’s why we are building things that have never existed before - to grow the ecosystem and bring millions of people into TikChain. People who constantly spread negativity, panic and toxicity are not helping the project. Projects like this survive through strong communities, loyal users and people who believe in the vision. Everything else only slows the project down. If someone only wants to spread negative energy all day, then TikChain is probably not the right place for them. They are free to leave the project at any time - otherwise we will make those decisions ourselves in the future. We will continue building. With or without the doubters.

Section 1 Organizational Legitimacy ATV describes itself as a non profit, freely operating organization. Before the community commits to any organization, basic legitimacy questions deserve clear answers: 1. Where is ATV formally registered and under which country or jurisdiction? 2. What is its legal structure, is it an officially incorporated entity, an unincorporated association, or simply an informal community group? 3. Who are the founders of ATV and what are their full verified identities? Why do some core team members remain anonymous in a framework asking millions of community members to trust its governance? 4. How is ATV funded? If it is truly non profit with no external funding, how are website hosting, development, and day to day operational costs being covered? 5. Has the InterLink Foundation formally and officially recognized ATV as an endorsed ecosystem initiative...yes or no? If yes, please provide the official statement or documentation confirming this. Section 2 Framework Integrity The ATV whitepaper and subsequent posts contain several statements that appear to contradict each other. These deserve honest clarification: 6. The whitepaper states the Council "does not influence value direction." Yet the Council's core responsibility is filtering which transactions are included in the average. If the Council controls what data enters the formula, it controls what the average becomes. How do these two statements coexist? *M7. The whitepaper introduces a weighted influence mechanism stating that higher transaction volume has greater impact on ATV. Doesn't this create a structural advantage for organized groups who submit coordinated high volume transactions, allowing them to disproportionately shape the average? 8. A recent official ATV post confirmed there are no pricing rules, "1 ITL = $1000 or 1 ITL = $0.00001...all actual transactions are welcome." If any price is acceptable for any transaction, what does the resulting average actually measure beyond what participants personally chose to report? 9. The submission process requires participants to manually self report fiat values and provide their own proof of delivery. What independent mechanism exists to verify that stated goods and services values reflect genuine fair market prices, rather than values chosen to produce a desired ATV outcome? 10. The initial council was selected informally through a Telegram message, chosen by a small group of ambassadors. What is the formal published process for council selection, accountability, term limits, and replacement going forward? 11. What is the formal appeals process when a community member's transaction is rejected by the council? Where is this process published for the community to see? 12. InterLink's own Transaction Backed Protocol already captures real transaction value automatically at the protocol level, with no human submission, no council approval, and no self reported values. Given this, what does a council of 6 people manually reviewing self reported transaction forms add that the protocol doesn't already do more reliably and without any manipulation surface? 13. As transaction volume grows to thousands or millions of transactions, how does ATV intend to scale manual council validation?
