@notcoolbruh_ @HM_Passport Call them and ask them to get upgrade team to call back, I emailed 2 weeks before and got nothing. You may be on hold for hours but they should get someone to call you back. As for picking it up, they can do it at your nearest one. Upgrade team were good and it’s now printed.
