@Hollymore10703 it took really intentional estrogen detox but between aspirin, vitamin e, ray peat carrot salad, and progest-e things have improved immeasurably in the year and a half ish since i got off it

@Hollymore10703 pills, yaz for pmdd. helped with pmdd symptoms while i was on it bc they were so severe i was truly nonfunctional like 2 weeks of every month and having frequent dissociative episodes. i have the copper iud now and use progest-e and remarkably no real complaints at this point
