@davidclowery Wrote to a service I use to complain about a new feature. I got a reply that states it was written by AI: "We care about your problem and we are working hard..." No answer would be bad enough, but an AI response telling me how much it cares? Ugh.

This is why AI is a bubble. If you run a real business why would you deploy this? This was a finite set of data it was looking at. This is not a free consumer grade version. You have to know so much about how to get the right answer or results that it a waste of time.

@davidclowery There's an episode of The West Wing: everyone keeps joking character Josh Lyman about The Allman Brothers. AI says the reason this is funny is because the words "Josh Lyman" sound just like the words "The Allman Brothers". I'm not yet convinced that AI is superior knowledge.
