If I had to pick a RE game as a starting point I'd pick 5 so that they can play it, enjoy it and then still go on to enjoy and play any of the other games (minus 6) even if as a result they end up very confused about the series genre ...

If I was to recommend a starting point for someone to get into Resident Evil, I'd pick RE2 Remake without hesitation. It does such a great job balancing the action and horror aspects of the series.

Hey friends and family.. my bank account was hacked this morning with a fraud charge that went through and more that are pending, I have no access to funds at the moment and could really use a hand.. it pains me so much to ask for help but anything would be helpful!
