@culturedleftpeg @78Spirit You can renew in the same name (if you can access the account) but if it’s a concession (65+) like the original post, the ticket needs ‘upgrading’ to an adult which is now full price, each match. You’re paying twice for the seat.

A good pal was sadly lost this season, and this has been the same response when trying to get his long-standing season ticket switched to a family member.
Absolutely horrendous from the club.
Hopefully, the Wrexham podcasts can put a further spotlight on this ridiculousness🤷♂️

We get so much right as a community club and then this. Not sure what this new rule achieves tbh other than create bad feeling and upset. It’s not like a there’s a ST waiting list being introduced. Maybe one of the podcasts can pick up on it for discussion
