@GloryHoundd @AwakenRealms Pretty sure the art was the only part of the game you could copyright. Game rules aren't copyrightable, so you had to copyright the writing and art as a work around.... If the art and writing are ai... then the entire game could in theory be public domain.

I feel like this happens a different way in board games and the Dune IP is a great example. So many Dune games have come out, that they all start to meld together. Essentially making me less likely to play and enjoy each because they seem like a cash grab. 😢
