Probably a good time to remind everyone that the NCAA denied Tyon Grant-Foster a waiver to play this season after he missed two seasons due to cardiac arrest and now fellas who have logged NBA minutes are about to return to play college basketball. System is completely broken.

Chicago had 4 1st or 2nd round picks in the draft.
None of them recorded a single stat on offense or defense in the 1st half. Not even a target.
The only rookie on the status sheet is 7th rounder Kyle Monangai, who has 1 carry and 3 targets for a toal of 7 yards.

This was hard to see. I was not even one of his athletes but he always treat us blue jays like one of his own. The world is/was a better place because of Al. My condolences to the thousands of lives he impacted.

If Jakob Ingebrigtsen walks up steep hills on his easy runs, and runs them at ~6:30 pace (i.e., several minutes slower than his 5k pace...)
Maybe you shouldn't worry about slowing down or standing at the stoplight instead of jogging in circles...

Executive order to bring Presidents Fitness back to public schools. Hollow announcement. Without mandatory daily PE K-12 (The case until the late 70's in all 50 states)it is totally meaningless. An addition where are the trained PE teachers that necessary to make it work?
