Feeling frustrated with BT again. Landline went down on 14/9/18 reported it agreed a date for an engineer to come out day off booked. They didn't turn up. Now being told 21/9/18 thought this was a service industry what's more we pay for this service or lack of it.

Well yet again let down by Nissan. No notification of problems with 2012 Navara chaises. Need it repaired phoned Nissan Cardiff to be told amnesty ends at the end of August no availability to book in until October what a surprise the after service is shocking

@NissanUK they fitted the 1st one next one went within 20,000 miles bought the clutch from them but my local garage fitted it as I trust him

@NissanUK would never recommend a Nissan Navarre and the reception staff at Nissan Cardiff are so rude and unhelpful.

@NissanUK bought a new Nissan Navarre wish I had know that the clutch is not fit for purpose. On to 3rd clutch not even used for heavy work
