@feralspoilgirl if it’s too big you go to 30 but you have to make sure that it’s scooping up everything (side wire should be at your armpit), band should sit snug on your sternum (if it’s lifted it’s prob not the right cup) and you should fit 2 fingers under the band + adjust the straps as well
