It’s Sparring Week!

Great week despite Hurricane Dorian on the way—- In prep for the storm GMA will have an all ages open dojo workout Thursday from 630-730pm. We will be cancelling the 530am Friday class since poor visibility is expected. Stay tuned for changes.

Nice attendance on Labor Day for open Dojo practice! Come see me tonight for classes! With potential storms on the way, we will determine classes on a day to day basis. Come just in case we have to cancel! Osu no Seishin Sensei

As usual, the Dojo will not have classes on Labor Day however I will have an open Dojo practice session from 7-8pm for anyone who has cabin fever! This is a great opportunity to work on belt test requirements etc without breaking things at home 😉.
