@tapairportugal on my journey to check in and not having my United Airlines Million mile gold membership benefits observed. My wife who is also MM UAL Gold has been denied her 2 checked baggage in the online checkin app.

@tapairportugal as a gold member, United Airlines, million mile flyer, I am very disappointed that TAP cannot grant me the gold benefits only because the tickets was issued with only my last name. Portuguese tradition uses both mothers and father‘s name which is in my passport.
