@Cobratate Cities don’t become safe or successful because of slogans. They function because of institutions, enforcement, culture, and the people who live and work there. Reducing that to “laws lol” simplifies it but doesn’t give credit that is deserved.

I’m in the airport pub (Wetherspoons) and came across an elderly couple. We started talking and they said they’re leaving England due to the amount of foreigners. I said same. There was a glint of sadness in their eyes We had a very productive conversation.
