Is it meant to feel more immersive? More epic? It just looks unnatural to me

After hearing all those stories of like “if you have an issue with your job, just leave” I am very happy to say I am doing exactly that and found an urban planning with the CITY OF TORONTO!!!!!!! And it pays LITERALLY 60% more than my current job. This is very good indeed.
