@GnocchiJeans Hello,in feb I pre ordered some tracksuit bottoms, at the time I didn’t realise. iv waited a year already and would prefer a refund now! Can’t see any way to contact or get the refund on the website , is this something you can help me with please? order #5479

It doesn’t say that? It explicitly states that we need more time to fulfil the orders, but if anyone doesn’t want to wait, they’re welcome to a full refund and they can even buy it back when it’s in stock 💪🏾

If you didnt read that email from Gnocchi Jeans, or couldn't unearth what was being really said amongst all the waffle. They said: "we aint got your money any more and never had your clothes but we're gonna spend more money, so just sit tight." LOL the audacity

We literally send out emails with updates, we post updates, we’re transparent with the delays & we had a large amount of suporters ask for a free party because of the delay. Unless we fly to China and sew ourselves there’s not much we can do other than compensate. Suggestions?

We had a HUGE manufacturing delay this summer which pushed us back months 💔
Please remember, everyone is entitled to cancel their order, we know it’s been a while and we completely understand it’s annoying.
