Yep…Here I am, thinking out loud again🤷🏼‍♀️ In preparation for tonight’s PULSECAST theme, PEACE, I’ve been sitting with these feelings lately…heart heavy but open, wondering why peace feels like such a quiet storm in a world that’s always shouting anyway. Peace isn’t just the absence of noise or conflict. It’s the gentle anchor that lets your soul breathe. It’s the soft space where love can actually take root, where truth isn’t twisted by fear or anger, where we finally remember what it means to be fully human. Without it…Everything fractures. Division creeps in like shadows at dusk. Chaos becomes the default. We lash out, we scroll past each other’s pain, we carry resentment like it’s armor… and slowly, we lose the very light we were born with. I’ve lived both sides. I’ve let my own storms pull me into the noise…judging, defending, protecting old wounds, and I’ve felt how it dims everything beautiful in life. But when I choose peace…When I choose love first…The world softens. Connections deepen. I see myself and others more clearly. Suddenly I’m not just surviving the day… I’m honoring the miracle of being alive in it. So I have to ask myself, and maybe you too…what are we holding onto that’s stealing our peace? What if we laid it down, even for a moment? What if we chose love as our truth, not because it’s easy (it’s not), but because it’s the only way we stay whole… We were never meant to live divided. We were meant to live connected, heart to heart, in the kind of peace that makes every breath feel like, God given, grace. If this stirs something in you… sit with it… Let it ask you the hard, loving questions… You deserve that peace. We all do. With love, from a still learning heart, Grace 💛
