@SapperNacho I got an MRI on my knee after spending 6 years on AD. Told I had almost no cartilage left. I was 24

Degenerative disc disease and arthritis are not common among those in their late 20s/early 30s. Unless they are in the military.
Neither of those things gets better over time.
I was 38 when I got shoulder surgery. Told I had the joints of a 65 year old.
