@DeliverrInc @Shopify Who's responsible for the 3PL? I had my agent changed several times. I don't even know who to ask for help anymore. The chat is pretty useless. Every issue is being escalated to smb else. The responses are extremely slow and shallow. Shipbob ,i'm coming
