My mom sadly passed away she did not get her do justice for the kidnapping of her five grandkids and my kids I'm still fighting this I need a lawyer in Utah.

I cannot afford a retainer there's only one outcome for this case unless the system is corrupt I need somebody to help this has been going on for almost 7 years

@Sheffanessea1 this judge received B.A. in Asian studies, made a decision in favor of my wife who's Asian, has never shown any evidence to the court or anyone, because she doesn't have any but I do and it's her emails and messages showing her talking about her crimes she committed.

@Sheffanessea1 memorandum order and decision, call my family frivolous baseless nonsensical, threatening to hold me in contempt of court, more like judicial misconduct, abuse of power, abuse of process, written defamation against my family the only party that has evidence of fact.

When was the last time you saw your children? We need to work together to make parental alienation a punishable crime.

Case Law also states that when a judge acts as a trespasser of the law, when a judge does not follow the law, he then loses subject matter jurisdiction and the Judges orders are void, of no legal force or affect.

and if any other judge or commissioner that wants to follow suit in regards to the decision a previous judge has made based on their case law then by law because they're not following the law any decision made is null and void of no legal force and effect.

commissioner Wilson and these judges have not done anything lawfully whether it was written law or case law and they keep denying to remove the protective order and they have yet to show any evidence or reason why

I'm not on here too put my wife down, I'm stating facts of what she has done. the commissioner and the first judge made decisions in favor of my wife as if they know her.

the commissioner the previous judge and this new judge all these people the moment I brought them evidence and told the truth they should have thanked me for being honest and letting them know that my wife didn't give a shit about lying to them

it's not my fault you people as judges and the commissioner fucked up my family shouldn't have to pay for your mistakes or other people's mistakes it's not my fault my evidence which is the original just slapped you with a checkmate in the face.
