The reason Windows cant "fake it" 1)Different devices no meta data move 2)Usb drive is not memory mapped 3)file cannot be marked complete early 4)Filename appearing =Transfer is done a Generic usb cannot achieve this -But i just proved it can be done

i wanted to add it is impossible conventionally to take any file from recycle bin and have it appear on desktop or any folder under 2 seconds welcome to Quantum file and Data Teleportation era its not sci-fi anymore its real!!!
