there is one SECRET metric that the youtube algorithm uses to decide whether or not to give your video an organic push... if you implement a few strategies correctly, there is no doubt that this metric will be increased and your videos will perform better there is a VERY SIMPLE way to do this... reply w/ "ALGORITHM" & i will send you it (must be following so i can dm)

Inconsistent results with the Hassan page. Videos w/ great effort hardly perform. Ones that I don't think much of do slightly better. Still, overall result isn't good. If children have gotten big views & made big money with Tate's HU, nothing stopping me. Never good enough.

Lesson w/ the vids I made today: Audience will always tell you what they want w/ the vid results. That result can be influenced based on focusing on the right levers (psychology, packaging, and volume from what I've been doing). If a vid flops, a lever's likely missing.

Controversy's important in short-form, But the right controversy, from my experience, is even more important. Some clips are easy to blow up & gain attention, But they could be clips that don't align well w/ the people/platform's "safe" tastes. Finding the balance is an art.

One of the best parts w/ making videos is building a stronger brand. Taking more space in your target viewer/customer's head. How do you achieve this? For me, taking inspiration from what & who's winning the content game, Then adding your style to make something different.

Sometimes low to no editing in long-form’s a good move. It can work well with storytelling and documenting-type videos. In a world where videos are highly processed, Just speaking can get the results you want.

There’s levels to influence in videos. The editing. The storytelling. The vision. The understanding. It’s all influence. When you apply these leverage to your content, It becomes the only way for the viewer to see content. Their mind has been conquered.

Songs in long-form vids, from what I've been experimenting w/ this week, Could make or break the feelings & associations with your brand. It's cool to see the cinematic & VHS effects, But if the right songs aren't used, how will we be more influenced to X thoughts/actions?

Finished a huge video project today. Everything got a level up. Cinematis, visuals, audio, everything. Big thing I had to learn was keeping flow & interest w/ the footage used. Becoming more adaptable.

Visual flow in videos is something I've been developing over time. Knowing what, where, when, how, and why behind an edit, then doing it. Something I've been learning recently is audio flow. Easy to get lost in both. Hard to find the sweet spot.

Making more long-form, I have to remind myself that every moment doesn't need crazy editing. Constantly doing short-form primes you to always keep the viewer in. Always add that one extra thing. W/ long-form, I believe that's not the case. They already love the creator.
