hey all! @playcambria Islands Reveal will be this Saturday at 11am ET 🏝️ Art, Size Class (T1 to T5), and Land Seed will be revealed! Notes for Nerds: 🔹 Size Class Rolling - each Islands tier (Size Class) is determined by RNG, with a slight 5-25% "additional luck" boost based on the Holder's Renown score. Higher tier Islands have stronger luck boosts. 🔹 Onetime Luck Bonus per Tier - your Renown bonus applies once per tier - e.g. if you roll a T5 using your bonus, future T5 rolls won’t benefit from it again, but your Renown still helps for T4, T3, T2, and so on until you’ve hit each tier once. 🔹 How Renown is Calculated - each NFT (Founders, Cores, Islands) and Rare Cosmetic holdings contributes its own loyalty-based Renown based on hold time, staking time (for Cores), etc. these are summed into the toal Renown Score, which determines your luck boost 🔹 Transfer Eligibility - only Islands that haven't been transferred (excluding Treasury -> 2nd chance minter transfers) are eligible for the Renown luck boost. to counter things like transferring Islands to other players to roll. 🔹 More Info Soon - we'll share more detailed info on Island utility, progression, and full mechanics later. For now, we're keeping some mystery to encourage speculation and organic discovery as the eco unfolds.
