stayed up last night building an automation tool started with a scraper, then used RAG to pull company info and rewrite cold emails based on it even the opening and closing lines change depending on the company hooked it up to auto send with proper rate limiting so gmail doesn’t complain in ~12 hours it sent 40 emails to pre-seed, seed and series A/B startups already got 2 replies back AI is actually crazy if you use it the way it’s meant to be used
