Navigating from web2 to web3 has been one of the hardest transitions we’ve ever faced, but we are relentless. Right now, we have customers who are used to paying for a traditional subscription service. They understand the value because they’ve experienced it firsthand. Recently, we sent out communication explaining that we would offset many of these costs as part of the transition into this new model, and the response was overwhelming. People engaged. They asked questions. They wanted to understand where this was all going. Now comes the harder part: education and trust. We’re actively sending out detailed communication explaining how the system works, while our account representatives schedule calls directly with business owners to walk through concerns one by one. Because ultimately, this evolution requires something much bigger than software adoption it requires belief. The difficult reality is that we will eventually need to ask businesses to allow external parties to utilize camera-derived data. Even in 2026, that is a tremendous ask. The fear of bad actors, data misuse, and competitors gaining an edge is real. And although raw camera streams are never exposed or revealed, perception matters. People naturally imagine worst-case scenarios. That’s why communication may be the single most important aspect of business. Technology alone is never enough. You have to explain the vision clearly. You have to answer uncomfortable questions. You have to repeat yourself when fear and uncertainty creep in. And most importantly, you have to keep showing up consistently until trust is earned. Web3 is not just a technological shift. It’s a psychological one. And while the road from web2 to web3 is filled with friction, skepticism, and resistance, we are committed to navigating it the right way; transparently, relentlessly, and together.
