A change of approach saw the Golds become a bit more clinical at both ends of the pitch after the break. @richiebutler21 pulled one back via a cross but the first half deficit was too great to overturn.

Gold Hill had plenty of the ball in the first half, but struggled to cope with Christchurch's pace on the counter and some slips and defensive mistakes led to sharp finishes from the home team. 3-0 HT.
