Prior to that it was simply players playing PGAT over DPWT without penalty and it was just accepted as 4 was the minimum, it still is. Your second point is irrelevant.

It's baffling how many people fail to properly grasp the situation Rahm knowingly put himself in. He was offered a generous deal. His comments this week have revealed just how little he cares about the DP World Tour.

Why should he be subject to a different rule now compared to other players who play the minimum on DPWT and the rest on other tours?

@RoadPainter @sam_golf The PGA could easily be well clear as having the strongest field in golf if it leaned into it. Thin the PGAofA spots and replace with all the best LIV players, although OWGR change will ensure majority will get spots moving forward.

The Masters has the weakest field rating of the majors (due to its small size, winner exemptions) and is also below The Players which despite lacking LIV etc. competes equally with the other 3 majors due to their PGAofA players & open qualifying spots.

1) The Players should not be, and doesn’t need to be a major championship 2) I would like to see TPC Sawgrass host a major championship

@cicioCASTRO @sam_golf I’m a traditionalist but.. maybe TPC deserves to be a major. & the PGAT deserves a major. In May. The Masters first. Return PGA to Glorys Last Shot at the best venues, maybe an International venue every 5 yrs. Reduce PGAofA players, make it the very best field in golf inc LIV.
