@1Utred @NinerNick_22 Yea shits confusing, but i do know this. They asked him to restructure to pay cut, he said no. Niners said they would release him, if they release him right away saves 2.8 mil in cap that they get now. If he’s a 6/1 cut it’s 18 mil in cap they can be used next yr.

So Arik Armstead is still going to count $25.8M against the cap this season? I'd rather just have him on the roster than to have the $2.5M in generated cap space. 🤔 Am I following correctly....
