just stumbled upon this twt & as a dentmed student i would like to share this to everyone! fellow dentmed you can help me out too! i recommend you go for happee or unique! choose filipino brands kc mas higher yung fluoride content! dont worry abt flouride toxicity tho kc +

@sunrisehyune hello! in our uni we were taught to floss first, then brush tapos last na yung mouthwash—flossing first kc there are certain areas toothbrushing alone couldnt reach especially yung mga debris na stuck in between spaces ng ngipin :D

oh and to add din pala aside from these toothpaste recos w excellent flouride content what matters most is your (1) frequency of brushing, (2) your brushing technique, and (3) the type of toothbrush youre using—use soft to medium bristles bcs hard ones can wear out your enamel :)
