@Darkstarbrewco@lorenzo_hermoso@grunthos@Fullers 2/2 There have been some less than ideal transfers in the past - Youngs Ordinary on move from Wandsworth, Wadworths 6X many years ago, Doom Bar...
Your Hophead is one of my top 3 beers. Whilst it deserves to be a flagship beer, I just worry. I hope I'm wrong.
@lorenzo_hermoso@goodbeergoodpub@grunthos@Fullers Our brewers, same ingredients, different sites. Does it matter as long as we’re obsessive about quality and consistency? Up to you really, but it’s meant we’ve been able to stay at and invest in our site and keeps jobs local, so we’re happy. Hope you are too. Life is too short.
We’re delighted to announce that today we signed a new 10 year lease on our site in Partridge Green, ensuring that beer were immensely proud of continues to flow from our lovely village. Thank you for all your continued support. Cheers!
@Darkstarbrewco@lorenzo_hermoso@grunthos@Fullers 1/2 That's all good news obviously. I guess my concern comes from the knowledge that water plays a massive part in the brewing process, and the resultant beer.
@Darkstarbrewco@lorenzo_hermoso@grunthos Isn't this the thin end of the wedge? How will I know if I'm drinking PG Hophead or @Fullers Hophead? Is it down to pub location, or whether it's a Dark Star pub or a Fuller's pub?
Heading to London tomorrow! You will see us in @PemburyTavern and then @TheCockTavernE8 for our Meet the Brewer from 8pm!
Then, you are likely to see our Brewery Manager (Josh) in some of his favourite watering holes on Friday in Bethnal Green, Soho & along the Bermondsey Mile!
