Fantasy sports is entering its AI-native era. We’re starting with an AI Commissioner (league ops, reminders, disputes, admin) and building toward a broader stack of tools + agents for the fantasy ecosystem. Practical wedge first. Bigger platform vision next. Game on.

Went to Vegas. Dominated. I love @FSGAtweets & the industry at large with all my heart, you know my story, and you are my family. What I’m saying next is blunt, but I’m saying it because I care about you so much: You need to treat AI as more important than your products, businesses or work. Don’t abandon your pursuits, that’s not what I’m saying — and no, I’m not about to apocalypse rant on you (nor do I see it happening). But… You need to buckle up, and get yourself and your people ready. No more waiting. No more doubting. No telling yourself you’re special. No more fucking around. The last few days I saw a minority of longterm cashflow durability, at least on a strategic level. Just being honest. It’s been hard, recognizing what is coming with the tech and watching it evolve while most people sleep comfortably, unconcerned, like it isn’t really happening. A decade of progress in months in is something that has happened on multiple occasions the past couple years in AI and the affected industries (google ai cancer breakthroughs for a fun one), and it’s happening more as we go on, not less. Sports are just a thing. Talking about sports is just a thing. That’s all, collectively, worth a couple hundred billion if we REALLY stretch on those valuations. A close friend of mine is involved in the govt facing side of project that was initially announced for 500 Billion. 🤷🏻‍♂️ We are gonna be ok but we ain’t shit, ok? Not if we’re measuring against AI initiatives. - I love you. We were not ready for this messaging as a community until recently. I’ve been testing the waters and doing my best to help the people who opened up since February 2023. I’m happy right now :) Vegas finally felt… Different? The FSGA has a number of longtime members (some are on the board right now) who I have been privately discussing ai with off and on for years. Just probing around seeing if we’re ready. We weren’t. We are now. - Apologies for rambling. So much love for you, I’m here to help, and my products will help… but this message is not about me, or my products. It is about you. Mostly. It is also about the nearly three trillion dollars in data centers that will be going online, in mass, starting this fall and into the coming years - and so, so much more. 2026 is already becoming a year of upheaval and disruption. 2027 will be weirder. 2030 would be unrecognizable right now. … You are correct that this is not fair. None of us signed up for this. You’re also doing what is akin to yelling at a tidal wave when you get mad about Ai. Move on from that, and adapt, now. You do not need to be scared, but you should not feel comfortable right now. Learn to swim. Climb a tree. Again, I love you. Truly. - Will finish an article about it all at large soon. Yodeling at you with my thumbs from the airport. Also NO, ya goofball, I did not use ai to write this. Coulda def edited it. But… I like being a human :) PS: Authenticity, community presence, customer loyalty, networking respect, an established content presence, and similar stuffs will provide some durable juice for you and your people. Human work will always matter, and will always have a place. We’re gonna be ok. AND… You’re gonna be ok (unless you just stand there and let the tidal wave hit you like a goober). TL/DR: Some of the things we are comfortable with right now are maybe not comfortable in the near future. Adapt with me :)

Day 1 of the 2026 FSGA Winter Conference brought exactly what this event is known for: strong turnout, nonstop networking, and a packed schedule that mixed practical learning with real momentum. We kicked things off with arrivals and time in the TrophySmack Game Zone + Exhibits, then kept the pace high with Speed Networking, the Experts League fantasy baseball draft, and workshops focused on AI and Brand Development. The afternoon continued with an AMA on building a national, 24/7 sports betting media brand, followed by welcome programming for new attendees, happy hour conversations, the Elevator Pitch Competition, and an Opening Reception that capped the night on a high note. Now it’s on to Day 2 - more sessions, more connections, and more ideas to take back to your teams.
