@DanyMacILC Seems like collaboration would go up and the investment in the coach would increase as well, knowing they'd go back to implement for themselves. Budget issues returned me to the classroom and I love it.

@goodn3rd OMG! I'm not alone. I think Ts will be more likely to work with coaches bc coaches will not be seen as "experts" but "learners". Maybe both coach and T will take more risks & be more vulnerable. I learned so much in my years as a coach I wouldn't have time/energy for as a T.

I wonder how many teachers would stay in the profession if sabbaticals were encouraged. This may reduce burnout while fostering a culture of lifelong learning.
