Hey @AskWorkspace — any direction would be highly appreciated. I don’t have a Google Workspace support PIN since I’m not an admin on my clients’ workspaces, so I can’t seem to connect with anyone regarding billing questions. I’m trying to find out which company the bill is under.

@sundarpichai Although this is undoubtedly beneath you. I want you to know that customer support for the google workspace environment (one that I have paid for) is completely unacceptable. I hate that I would even consider trying to speak with YOU regarding this issue.

@GoogleWorkspace we are experiencing an issue with the invoice. It needs to be re-issued, since the KSEF system is not recognizing the NIP + metadata match. Please advise, or send a relevant guide for the fix, since mentioned in documents has not resolved the issue.
