@AskWorkspace I need help with a billing issue. I canceled/deleted Workspace accounts but my credit card was charged COP 315,360 and COP 2,100 as “Google *Workspace.” I no longer have Admin Console access and the charges don’t appear in my personal Google Payments.

This is still not working @AskWorkspace Over the last 2-3 days I've been getting "Something went wrong (13)" error every time I try to use Gemini Deep Report on my business account. I've cleared the cache, logged and back in, but it just won't work. (It did work when I tried with my personal gmail/gemini account on a separate Chrome profile) but I need the business account Gemini DR to work.

@AskWorkspace I’m being charged for Google Workspace but I cannot access Admin Console to cancel. The charge is Google Workspace*ddragosci for 158.81 EUR. I need support to cancel the subscription completely, stop all recurring billing/automatic renewal, and request a refund.

@AskWorkspace Urgent help needed! Stuck in endless login loop on admin.google.com for my Google Workspace domain. After login it keeps returning to the “Choose an account” screen.
