so - Kamek and Baby Bowser were together inside the book, Baby B. somehow got out, Kamek stayed trapped - Bowser Jr. found the book, got trapped - Kamek finds him and thinks he’s Baby B, Jr. doesn’t recognize him - Kamek at the end realizes Bowser grew up and Jr. is his son sure.
