This week we're shipping five updates to GoTrader, all driven directly by user feedback. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share what wasn't working, this release is yours. #1 Persistent alerts that work in the background A consistent piece of feedback: alerts disappear on refresh and don't fire unless the app is open. Fixed. Alerts now persist across sessions and devices, and are evaluated server-side against live market data. GoTrader does not need to be open for you to get notified. #2 Real-time notifications across the entire app Users told us they were missing alerts because they were on a different page. Sound and desktop notifications will now fire across the entire app regardless of where you are. Notification preferences are unified in Settings so your configuration applies everywhere. #3 Model selection in Discovery and Trade Assistant You asked for more control over which model is used for analysis. Both Discovery and Trade Assistant will support model selection, with sensible defaults pre-selected so nothing changes unless you want it to. #4 Cleaner, more consistent AI recommendations Feedback flagged inconsistency in how neutral trade outcomes were presented across different parts of the app. We have standardised this so recommendations read the same way everywhere, cleaner, faster to parse, easier to act on. #5 In-app "What's New" announcements A common theme: users missing new features entirely. We have shipped a lightweight announcement system that surfaces updates directly in the app when you log in. One dismiss and it won't show again. Keep the feedback coming, it directly shapes what we build next.

Changes Shipping Tomorrow: Free Tier Removal Over the past 60 days, providing free-tier inference has cost us $25k. To keep GoTrader sustainable and continue building the best AI trading tools, we're transitioning to a credits-only model. What's changing: • The 3 free daily messages (30 free credits/day) are being removed • All platform features — AI chat, discovery analysis, signal updates — now require purchased credits • Credit packs start at just $5 (200 credits) with no expiration on purchased credits What's NOT changing: • Pricing for credit packs remains the same • Referral rewards still work — refer friends and earn credits when they purchase • All AI models and trading features remain fully available Why: Running state-of-the-art LLM inference at scale isn't cheap.
