@virginmedia what a shambles! We have been without broadband for almost 7 full days. Engineers booked don’t turn up, deadlines for services to be resumed not met, if you’re thinking of joining @virginmedia - save yourself the agony and don’t!

@virginmedia I have spoken several times and been told different things each time - it would appear the goal posts get moved with each call.
