This is my last post of 2025. This year was a mental battle. I pushed myself into the boxing ring, started Japanese classes, and finally prioritized the small things, even the regular skin care. It was a year of trial, error, and heavy lessons, but we had a lot of fun through it all. I am getting ready for a new challenge. 2026 is going to be interesting because we have discovered that magic within us that is so infectious. "No one knows what it means, but it is provocative...It gets the people going!" To all following my journey: I see you, and you will be recognized. Happy holidays, and see you next year. Also, I am cancelling my X premium. We will play the game the way we want 🫶

If anyone asked me what the greatest crypto community in 2024/25 was, it's definitely @GorillaMoverz (yes, I’m biased). Just last year, we brought millions of dollars worth of airdrops to our community. It remains one of the greatest community airdrops in crypto history, a feat that still isn't mentioned enough, especially given all the external challenges outside our control. The obvious goal of @GorillaMoverz was to nurture community ethos, but it ran deeper than that. The entire community was built on the philosophy of "infinite games". We were so close to achieving it, but the vision was tragically stepped on and killed. What 2025 truly taught me is that no matter how great a community's spirit is, it will ultimately die if not incentivized by real hard money. Family must eat. Going into 2026, my focus is absolute: We are going to find ways to feed our tribe like kings/queens and make the "infinite games" a reality at the place that pay us the respect and reward we all deserve. We are legendary.

Freedom is not the absence of structure. It’s the presence of space. When you build a space where people can decide for themselves, you invite leadership from unexpected places. Feed initiative. Don’t try to control it. A well-fed community doesn’t need micromanagement:)

The best thing you can give your members isn’t excitement. It’s direction. When people know where they’re headed, momentum becomes self-sustaining. That's "the path of free-flowing". Rules tell people what to do, but purpose reminds them why it matters. Communities that rely too much on control eventually collapse under their own weight. The strongest ones move like rivers, with boundaries on the sides but freedom flowing in the middle. When people understand the why, alignment happens naturally. Imagine if we could build something like that.

I’m starting a small X series: bite-sized reflections on community building. I’m not a guru, just someone learning through trial and error. I call it “The Toilet Scrolls” because it’s meant to be short, read in peace, reflected on, and maybe laughed at, ideally while you’re sitting on the toilet. 🧻 Lately, I’ve been thinking about how much noise we all pay attention to. In the quiet, you start to hear the real heartbeat of a community, the small interactions, the unspoken care, the steady presence of those who never left. It’s the people who show up when there’s no reward. The subtle check-ins, inside jokes, and gentle gestures are the real glue. 💛

Growth often begins the moment you stop micro-managing. Communities don’t evolve because of strategies; they evolve because the people inside them do. When individuals grow, the collective transforms. The real work isn’t about scaling a project, it’s about deepening the people who sustain it. I’m learning to build slower, with more intention 💪

A great community doesn’t start with followers. It starts with a story that people want to live inside. When the story feels real, it pulls in those who see themselves in it. That’s how we started @GorillaMoverz, not with marketing, but with meaning:)

Some chase metrics; I chase character. Every chart eventually corrects, character doesn’t. I study how founders react to silence, loss, and boredom, because conviction reveals itself in stillness. Integrity is the only early indicator that compounds. Bet on loyalty, patience, and self-awareness, that’s where real alpha is:)

Small circles move mountains. You don’t need thousands, only a handful. The loyal few give you leverage, they carry weight while others just watch. Noise never built trust, quiet check-ins did. A tribe’s power isn’t in its size:)

Rules control behavior, but rituals shape identity. Rules need force, rituals flow. Great cultures run on patterns: the greetings, the small wins, the weekly syncs. Rituals build memory, and memory builds loyalty 🙇

The @GorillaMoverz is proof that community is the real alpha. Loyalty > numbers. Hype fades. Names stay. We were setting standards. We built habits, not hype.

A culture begins when a vision becomes a shared vision. When people repeat the language without asking. When silence still feels like presence. Culture thrives on three pillars: 1. Identity: shared story & symbols 2. Structure: rituals, accountability, reward 3. Meaning: why it matters beyond price You don’t scale culture by marketing it. You scale it by giving people ownership of it 🍌

Boxing taught me a lot about leadership 🥊 The ring is truth compressed into minutes. You can’t fake stamina. You can’t hide fear. Every punch teaches patience. Every round teaches rhythm. Stillness wins fights, because stillness means control of breath, mind, and ego. Outside the ring, it’s the same. The calm one always sees clearer. Discipline isn’t about aggression, it’s awareness under pressure. When life swings wild, breathe 🫁 If you want to lead better, train your composure.

The tribe comes first. Since childhood, I have carried a deep sense of belonging. That is why building tribes is not business for me. It is purpose. To feed the tribe. To protect it. To grow it. I do not care about big numbers. A few hundred people who truly show up mean more than a hundred thousand strangers who never do when it matters. The tribe can thrive anywhere. What matters is the bond that is built. We will make sure the tribe is fed with opportunities and resources, because an authentic bond is rare in the modern world and worth protecting. What we have built with @GorillaMoverz is real. It comes from sweat, sacrifice, and loyalty. That is what gives it substance. And above all, it must be fun. The most important thing is to find joy in building again. We have proven what we can build together. And soon, we will eat like kings again 👑
