@gorillasapp you always tease an offer code at the beginning of the order session and then disappears during the session. If you don’t remember the code there’s no way of getting it back. This is totally misleading and bad business!

Hey @gorillasapp, if you are going to remove the in-app customer service and push it to email, maybe the email address should work? It makes it conveniently difficult to report missing items in orders.
