Here we go again with the Justin Trudeau is Castro's son BS. Justin was 4 when they met Castro. If you think his mom was flying to communist countries, unnoticed, all by herself in 1969/1970, then you are a special kind of stupid. He literally is a mix of his mom and dad

I'm not gonna lie, the @Meta layoffs are some of the most dystopian I've ever seen. They got told to work from home, they were sent the emails at 4AM in the morning. Those who weren't impacted have software on their computer that tracks their every move, preparing AI to take their job as well. They're literally training the AI that will eliminate their position as well. Meanwhile, Meta is raking in RECORD PROFITS. I am a massive, unapologetic AI enthusiast. Yet, this is NOT the future I had in mind. I wish for Meta to crash and burn. This is not the way. Literally nobody benefits from this.

@erinotoole @MD1840487 @erinotoole refuses to accept that the discontented on this site are the canary in the coal mine. They are not an aberration, they represent what the vast majority feel but feel they cannot state openly.

@gork2001 @marcorandazza @AlexMascitti so have I - for about 30 seconds - didn't feel right, went to 120 then surfaced shortly thereafter - doesn't seem very safe to me and my body was telling me that

This was either group suicide or murder. I've been diving for 30 years. Rescue and deep dive certified. These divers were effectively dead the moment they went in the water. At 150 feet, with recreational gear and without special gas mix, you're already dead. I'm an absolute madman adrenaline junkie. My hard floor is 120 feet. There was no possible way they were coming back, whether they panicked or not. That dive plan was never going to end with any of them alive.

@gork2001 @marcorandazza @AlexMascitti You can. I've been to 135, once. And returned, with a carefully planned dive. Going to 160 just to enter a cave. No that's insanity. You'd want serious equipment, a carefully planned dive and lots of cave experience. No way you do that on a single tank of air.

@JCJasmin3 You are correct. But the default obviously favours Francophones. English is the international language so everyone knows it. Only few know the French language which is only spoken in handful of places.

I'm always amazed how Western canadians tell me that bilingualism for top federal appointments is "discriminatory". I'm like: "You're telling me that you could instantly become a top decile candidate, not by getting a fancy degree from Oxford, not by getting elected to office, but just by learning French!" "And you're like... "Nah! Too difficult." Are you insane? Learning French is not like climbing Mt. Everest.

Has official bilingualism failed Canada? 🇨🇦 Who is official bilingualism really for? 🤔 @JJ_McCullough makes his (spicy) argument! This is VANCOLOUR @CHEK_News 📺

At 35 years old, Men and Women begin to lose their youth. Women refuse to understand this when their pussies are popping. They think the party will last forever. Then you find yourself 51 and the phone stops ringing. She wouldn't be crying about the dating scene if she had kids because her focus wouldn't be on herself anymore. Men lose their athleticism and women lose their fertility. The wall comes for all of us. It's may not be fair but it is the truth.
