Ar nos Lun (23ain) bu criwiau Aberaeron, Llanbedr Pont Steffan a Chei Newydd yn cynnal sesiwn hyfforddi gan ffugio gwrthdrawiad yn cynnwys pedwar cerbyd. Roedd y sesiwn yn hynod fuddiol i’r criwiau gan ei fod yn rhoi’r cyfle i gael hyfforddiant ymarferol #GorauGweithioCydweithio

On Monday night (23rd) crews from Aberaeron, Lampeter and New Quay held a training session where a 4-vehicle road traffic collision was simulated. The crews found the session hugely beneficial as it gave the opportunity for some practical training #TeamWorkMakesTheDreamWork

A great BA exercise carried out this evening at New Quay with crews from New Quay, Aberaeron and Cardigan attending. A total of 18 personnel were exposed to realistic BA training within Smoke and darkness. #teamwork#Northerndivision#trainhardrescueeasy

Crew have had a busy 12 hours with the weather, pumping flood water from properties & responding to concerned residents with elderly neighbours - ensuring they are safe inside their properties. Hopefully the worst of the weather has now passed 🙏 @mawwfire

@mawwfire 5 Fire Engines attended a property fire in the Trelech area this afternoon. Fire Crews attended from @38Crymych, Llandysul, Newcastle Emlyn, @gorsaf, @CarmarthenFire and @StnTumble and quickly bought the fire under control DD

Drill night for the crew last night- Whilst WM Evans was on leave, RTC training for FF Williams & FF Siddall development booklets, BA monthly tests and not even time for a cuppa whilst the boss is away 🙄

With so many modern methods of construction available it's important we maintain our knowledge of how buildings are constructed and managed. Tonight we were invited to visit Cardigan's new Integrated Health Centre. What a fantastic facility. 👏👏👏 @mawwfire @HywelDdaHB
