I used to have REALLY bad hand pain when / from gaming 10+ hours a day (Rsi?) No amount of stretching cured it The only thing that fixed it was strength training Lots of new evidence supporting the idea that getting stronger is the path to prevent injury Future is exciting

Lost interest in the game recently and haven't been having much fun playing. Figured it wasn't fair for me to hog a CCL spot when there are more deserving and motivated people. Loved playing with everyone the last few seasons and @diamondhandsorg has been very good to work with.

@funz_hots @AM_Whisper He played 8 heroes this season. Winning games on all of them... When you can pick a hero 10+times and have 80% winrate it doesnt mean u can't play other heroes it just means your team has found heroes you will reliably win on. Filth played 16 heroes winning games on 10 of them.🧐

Flex role has fallen off??? 🤔 the best flex of CCL season 3 played 3 heroes this season (7 if you count 1 offs, still low) His healer, tank and dps all played more heroes than him Source @AM_Whisper

Didn't quite pull out the W, but I think we showed that the @30korg Academy team can compete with top CCL teams. If orgs aren't looking out they'll be missing out come @HeroesHearthCCL draft.
