@FUDdaily Just to be super clear where I stand on this, the 14 year olds who died in blood and mud in wwII deserve to be remembered by a society *not* trying to recreate their loss en masse for glory or oil or The Good Old Days or whatever.

@FUDdaily There's something to be said about the literal meaning of fetishisation- the meaning we've given this is divorced in its entirety from the reality of rememberance. It was supposed to be "never again" not "they were real men, not like the kids today"

I've just watched @GastronautsShow, and I need @rosabelland to know that these exist- butter flavoured crisps. they're little star shaped corn puffs, and they're not "with" butter, they are purely butter flavoured. I ate two bags in one car ride the day I discovered them.

Who do you think has more power?

Or maybe it's the now once again rising numbers of COVID infections! You are no longer required to test, so maybe all these young people are simply getting it again.
