In 150 seats, total deletions were greater than victory margins, and BJP won 99.
In 2021, it had won just 19 of these.

Breaking !!
Water supply to Mumbai will be outsourced to French company.
Mumbaikars will pay premium price for a basic necessity.
This why you see this business family hosting US celebrities and international politicians because they have something to offer them. Rihanna- Fenti etc.
BJP after winning BMC is here to sell Mumbai.

A fantastic piece on Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma-Arvind Kejriwal recusal saga.
“The Judicial System needs introspection, in tandem with constitutional principles, so that recourse to non-cooperation and satyagraha can be avoided. In this regard, Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma's recusal would have been a significant step toward restoring the faith of litigants and citizens. And yet, the boycott represents a dwindling faith in the judicial system by political opponents and dissidents.”

2400 companies of CAPF were deployed in Bengal for elections. 700 of them were to stay back to contain all this. Forces included CRPF, BSF, CISF, ITBP, and SSB. Clearly, Missing In Action.

In 49 seats in Bengal, under-adjudication voters exceeded win margins.
This assume significance in view of Justice Joymalya Bagchi's observation that if no. of deleted voters was higher than margins, the court would have to apply its mind. @OishaniB_

Assam and Bengal are clear cases of the election being stolen by the BJP with the support of the EC.
We agree with Mamata ji. More than 100 seats were stolen in Bengal.
We have seen this playbook before:
Madhya Pradesh.
Haryana.
Maharashtra.
Lok Sabha 2024 etc
चुनाव चोरी, संस्था चोरी - अब और चारा ही क्या है!

27 Lakh Voters were deleted in West Bengal.
These were not 'dead people' or 'bangladeshis'. These were real people who had already appealed to get their votes restored. The Supreme court could’ve delayed the West Bengal elections until the tribunals finished hearing the appeals of these voters. But they didn’t. Only around 1607 voters were restored in time by phase 2 of these elections. Almost every appeal that was heard turned out to be a wrongful deletion.
In any functional democracy, this would not count as a free and fair election where a large section of voters have lost their voting rights. I'm not saying that TMC would've won for sure if they were added back, maybe BJP would still win, but the question is about the fairness of these elections.
Free and fair elections are a spectrum. Ever since Delhi-Maharashtra-Bihar-Bengal, this needle has moved more and more towards being unfair. Each time somehow the opposition parties participate as usual in the electoral process thinking that they can still pull of a win despite the compromised EC, ED, CBI etc. and each time they have been proven wrong after 2024 Lok Sabha. The question is, at what point will they feel that the level of unfairness is so unfair that elections should be boycotted?
I personally feel TMC should have refused to participate in these elections until all those 27 lakh appeals were finished being heard.

Important story by @madhuparna_N
1.39 crore votes for the BJP vs 1.26 crore for Trinamool -- a gap of merely 12 to 13 lakh votes.
But....
Nearly 91 lakh voters were deleted in the process, including around 27 lakh who were under adjudication and had to reapply for their voting rights.
