The perspective of someone in their early 20s is invaluable for understanding how we got here and what lies ahead. They are trailblazers with a new way of looking at the world & the challenges that come with it. We need more young people to come forward and share their insights.
Bob Baxley@_bbaxley

If you really want to understand the current moment, ask someone in the early 20s. They're the ones who came of age in the world as it is now and therefore are the ones best adapted to understand, interpret, anticipate, and make sense of it.

AI is transforming architecture by enabling architects to craft stories that are embedded in the physical structure of their projects. AI is enabling designers to use vast datasets & build solutions that are deeply tailored to human experiences. @ArchDaily archdaily.com/1008735/can-ai…

Google (DeepMind) releases AI model Gemini. There is no turning back now, we are in for one mad ride. The multi modality, and fluidity of the model is super clean. My jaw dropped at 4:24 seconds A thread...

It's important to remember that even if we don't always have the answer to the problem, we can still do something. We can listen to others, spread awareness, and offer our support. It's all part of being a #community & doing our best to help each other. #Leadership #Collaboration
Bob Baxley@_bbaxley

If you're operating from a place of good intention do not hesitate to act. If you see a problem, fix it. If you can help out, step up. And if you have a word of encouragement, share it. There is no reason or excuse for doing otherwise.

I've found that setting #TimeConstraints and doing a 100-day challenge can really help to break out of the #perfectionism rut. It makes it easier to let go of the need to make things perfect and focus on the progress you can make in a short amount of time. #DesignTips

Our #knowledge and #expertise are valuable, and by sharing it, we can help others grow and learn. Dedicate the time to developing your skills and recognize the hard work it took to get where you are. Being able to share our knowledge can help make a positive impact on the world.
Bob Baxley@_bbaxley

Don't take your own knowledge, expertise, or skills for granted. If it seems obvious or easy to you it’s only because you've spent the time to master it. Honor what you know and share it with others who long to know it as well.

The power of the human mind – we can explore and contemplate concepts that may seem impossible to achieve in our physical reality. It's inspiring to consider the endless possibilities of the mind and its potential to create its own universes. #Philosophy #Creativity #Imagination

Developing a system to help you track and prioritize tasks can make tackling the minutia of life much easier. Maybe set aside a few minutes each day to work on small tasks & check in with yourself weekly to make sure you’re still on track. #Organization #TimeManagement #SelfCare
Bob Baxley@_bbaxley

Don't let the minutia of life build up. Clean out the closet, empty the inbox, check off the nagging task you’ve been putting off. They’re distracting you from more important things and they won't just magically go away on their own.
