@gamesover Try doing it in ORM It doesn’t error - until after the page returns so you think it saves, but it throws an error after the buffer returns then errors in the orm flush and you never know. You can’t debug old school because everything is good until it tries to save to DB ;)

Inserting 96 characters into a 50 character Microsoft Access column using #ColdFusion automagically truncates the inserted value. This behavior isn't transferred when switching the database to MSSQL and throws an error. Time to review everything. #newProjectOldCFML

@gamesover I always convert my evaluate to something like this `mystruct[ "myDynamicVar#id#" ]` Never used structGet()

I just realized that many of my #ColdFusion unsafe evaluate() functions can be replaced with structget(). stackoverflow.com/a/25278540/693… This isn't mentioned or recommended in any #cfml documentation. Is it advisable? (I'm using it w/dynamic internal vars that have different scopes.)
