Yesterday, our Board of Education met with @SurreyTeachers to hear their ideas, suggestions and concerns - valuable input to assist us in our decision-making. Always appreciate hearing from them. Teachers are an integral part of our district - we value the work they do every day!

I'm saddened by the tragic incident that occurred at the Lapu-Lapu Festival in Vancouver. My heart goes out to the family members of those who lost their lives and were injured & to the entire Filipino community during this time of grief. You are in my thoughts and prayers. 🙏🏼
