🗣️ Stuart How has his say on the season.. “We’re absolutely gutted not to get the job done in the play-off final. The players gave everything, and to come up just short after everything we’ve put into this season is a tough one to take. When the dust settles, though, we have to recognise what this group has achieved. 100 points… and still finishing second. That tells you everything about the level we’ve been operating at and the standards these players have set week in, week out. It’s been an unbelievable season. There have been so many special moments. A brilliant FA Vase run, big performances when it mattered, and a real togetherness that’s grown stronger as the season has gone on. What’s meant just as much is seeing this club come alive again. The crowds getting bigger and louder, the connection building between the team and the supporters. You’ve driven us forward more than you know. I want to thank the chairman and the board for their backing and belief throughout. And to every single supporter who’s followed us home and away you’ve been incredible. This one hurts, and it will for a while. But it will fuel us. We’ll take it on the chin, learn from it, and come back bigger, stronger, and more determined next season. We’re not done. Not even close.”
