@gracecalvin07 honestly i tanked my gpa spring semester. i had no time to do anything i was so stressed but i wouldn’t trade it for anything i won NCA college and went to grand champs. it’s a one of a kind experience but make sure your giving yourself time for work.

thoughts on super senioring on an allstar team and doing college cheer both the same season/time!! i need the good bad and ugly. not sure if it is manageable or not with nursing school 💔💔

@gracecalvin07 coming from someone who did this my freshman year of college and I’m now doing any again my junior year it’s definitely a lot to put on your plate, but it’s a good challenge to have for yourself. It kept me motivated and pushed me.freshman year I won worlds hoping to do it again

@gracecalvin07 Coming from a student athlete who also works at a cheer gym. It does get pretty busy however I definitely think it is possible. Biggest thing is having a master calander to make sure you are not missing anything & schedule a time to do your schoolwork at the same time weekly.

@gracecalvin07 I’ve done all of the above and it was hard af having to take red eyes to make it to my exams and I didn’t get the typical freshman experience but I would absolutely choose the same path over again if I could! Good luck !

@gracecalvin07 oh my gosh, I haven’t done this but doing college cheer at the same time as school work in itself is incredibly tough and challenging.. if you have the work ethic for it and you have enough mental capacity then it can definitely be worth it but it will not be easy!

@greyselite_ @missspeat I actually do privates and coach out of my all star gym! im just worried its all gonna be too much but i want to do collegiate cheer and Steel again 🙈🙈

@gracecalvin07 @missspeat tbh i think it really depends if you’re working/supporting yourself throughout school or not, it could be manageable if you’re only doing cheer and school and have someone paying for your schooling but if you also have a job it could be pretty hectic
