One thing many brands don’t realize until they start losing customers quietly…❌ People forget to reorder products they actually love. They get busy. They forget the brand. Or worse… buy from somewhere else. That’s why for this serum brand, I built a replenishment flow inside Klaviyo.✅ Not just random “buy again” emails. A proper timing-based system that reminds customers around the period their serum should be running low. ⏰ But this is the kind of email strategy that increases repeat purchases. And honestly, this is what made me fall in love with email marketing.😍 Not just designing emails… But understanding customer behavior deeply enough to know: - when to send - what to say - and why people buy again That’s where retention really happens 📧 If you’re building an ecommerce brand and your customers buy products that naturally run out… you probably need this more than you think. I almost stayed in something I didn’t enjoy.🥹 I started with website design on WordPress… but I wasn’t enjoying it.❌ Still, I kept going for a while. Then I moved to being a VA. But when I found email marketing…🥰 It felt different. I actually enjoy it. I want to learn more. I care about getting better at it. That’s how I knew.
